Pengembangan Kurikulum Gereja Yang Inklusif bagi Berbagai Kelompok Usia Jemaat

This study aims to examine the development of an inclusive church curriculum for various age groups within the congregation. This research is grounded in the theological understanding that every human being is created in the image of God, affirming the equal dignity of all church members. Using a qualitative approach and library research methods, information was obtained from various sources such as books, academic journals, and other literature related to Christian education, faith development, inclusive education, and church curriculum design. The results indicate that faith education is a lifelong process that must be adapted to the developmental stages and needs of different age groups. An inclusive curriculum provides opportunities for children, adolescents, adults, and parents to actively participate in faith learning that is meaningful and relevant to their context. Furthermore, this study also identified several challenges faced by churches, such as a lack of systematic planning and age-appropriate learning methods. The application of inclusive curriculum principles, such as congregation-focused, context-relevant, sustainable, participatory, and transformative, is considered a strategic solution. This study concludes that an inclusive church curriculum can strengthen faith formation, promote unity, and support the holistic spiritual development of all age groups within the congregation.
