Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green behavior and employee health on the quality of the work environment at Restaurant Tangerang. This study was motivated by the high use of disposable plastic bottles and low employee health awareness that affect the cleanliness and comfort of the work environment. The researcher used a quantitative approach with an associative design to test the relationship between variables partially and simultaneously. The study population included all employees of Restaurant Tangerang and the researcher used a saturated sampling technique so that all employees became respondents. The researcher collected data through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The researcher measured the instrument using a Likert scale and tested its validity and reliability. The researcher analyzed the data through descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The researcher tested the hypothesis using the t-test for partial effects and the F-test for simultaneous effects. The results showed that green behavior such as the use of tumblers and employee health had a positive and significant influence on the quality of the work environment. Increased use of tumblers and good health conditions can create a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable work environment
