Pengaruh Burnout, Job Security, dan Digital Work Environment terhadap Psychological Well-Being Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Burnout, Job Security, dan Digital Work Environment terhadap Psychological Well-Being karyawan Universitas Pamulang. Burnout yang meningkat pascapandemi, ketidakpastian keamanan kerja, serta tantangan lingkungan kerja digital menjadi isu krusial yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan sampel 60 responden melalui rumus Slovin (taraf kesalahan 5%) dan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan Burnout berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Psychological Well-Being (t = -2,850; sig. 0,006). Job Security berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t = 3,920; sig. 0,000) sebagai faktor paling dominan. Digital Work Environment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t = 2,450; sig. 0,017). Secara simultan, ketiganya berpengaruh signifikan (F = 18,420; sig. 0,000) dengan kontribusi 47,6% (Adjusted R² = 0,476).
