Pengaruh Fasilitas Fisik, Layanan Digital, dan Keamanan terhadap Pengalaman Belajar Mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang

Higher education institutions are required to provide learning environments that support students’ academic
success. In the era of digital transformation, service quality is determined not only by physical facilities but also
by digital services and campus security. This study aims to analyze the influence of physical facilities, digital
services, and security—both partially and simultaneously—on the learning experience of students at Universitas
Pamulang. A quantitative approach with a causal associative design was employed. Data were collected through
questionnaires distributed to 50 active students using purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear
regression with SPSS. Results indicate that physical facilities (sig. 0.003), digital services (sig. 0.000), and security
(sig. 0.006) each have a significant positive effect on the learning experience. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence learning experience, with an Adjusted R² of 0.650, indicating 65% of variance explained.
Digital services proved to be the most dominant variable. This study provides strategic recommendations for
