Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of students' learning interest before and after using the Quizizz application in the Aqidah Akhlak subject and to analyze the extent to which the application influences the increase in students' learning interest. The research method used is an experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' learning interest after using the Quizizz application. The average posttest score increased to 78.50 with an average N-Gain of 0.75 (high category). The paired sample t-test produced a significance value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. Improvements were seen in all indicators of learning interest, especially in students' curiosity and active involvement. Thus, it can be concluded that the Quizizz application is effective in increasing interest in learning Aqidah Akhlak and is suitable for use as an interactive learning medium in elementary schools.
