Efektivitas Terapi Musik Berbasis Playlist Sheila On 7 terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan pada Pasien Pasca Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Kecemasan merupakan salah satu masalah psikologis yang sering dialami pasien setelah menjalani Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) dan dapat menghambat proses pemulihan melalui peningkatan respons stres fisiologis serta penurunan kepatuhan terhadap terapi. Terapi musik merupakan salah satu intervensi keperawatan komplementer yang berpotensi mengurangi kecemasan, namun penggunaan musik populer Indonesia yang sesuai dengan preferensi budaya pasien masih jarang diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas terapi musik berbasis playlist Sheila On 7 terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pasca PCI. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group yang melibatkan 60 pasien pasca PCI di ruang Intensive Cardiac Care Unit (ICCU), terdiri atas 30 responden kelompok intervensi dan 30 responden kelompok kontrol yang dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Tingkat kecemasan diukur menggunakan State–Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-State) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Kelompok intervensi memperoleh terapi musik berbasis playlist Sheila On 7 selama 25 menit sebagai tambahan terhadap perawatan standar, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya memperoleh perawatan standar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok intervensi mengalami penurunan skor kecemasan yang lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p < 0,001) dengan effect size kategori besar (Cohen's d = 1,45). Terapi musik berbasis playlist Sheila On 7 efektif menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pasien pasca PCI dan berpotensi menjadi intervensi keperawatan komplementer yang aman, mudah diterapkan, berbiaya rendah, serta mendukung implementasi patient-centered care di ruang ICCU.
