Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis dengan prevalensi tinggi yang sering disertai gangguan kualitas tidur sehingga dapat memperburuk pengendalian tekanan darah, meningkatkan risiko komplikasi kardiovaskular, serta menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien. Berbagai intervensi nonfarmakologis telah dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur, namun sebagian besar masih diterapkan secara terpisah dan belum terintegrasi dalam suatu model keperawatan berbasis digital. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas Model Keperawatan Digital Hibrida SLEEP-7 terhadap kualitas tidur pasien hipertensi. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan pendekatan pretest–posttest control group design. Sebanyak 62 pasien hipertensi dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (n=31) dan kelompok kontrol (n=31). Kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Kelompok intervensi memperoleh Model Keperawatan Digital Hibrida SLEEP-7 selama 14 hari yang terdiri atas skrining kualitas tidur, edukasi digital, handgrip exercise, slow deep breathing, aromaterapi lavender, terapi musik relaksasi, dan monitoring digital melalui WhatsApp, sedangkan kelompok kontrol memperoleh pelayanan rutin. Data dianalisis menggunakan paired t-test, independent t-test, dan Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) dengan tingkat signifikansi p<0,05. Hasil: Kelompok intervensi menunjukkan penurunan skor global PSQI yang bermakna dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p<0,001). Analisis ANCOVA juga menunjukkan bahwa Model Keperawatan Digital Hibrida SLEEP-7 memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas tidur setelah mengendalikan skor awal (p<0,001). Simpulan: Model Keperawatan Digital Hibrida SLEEP-7 efektif meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien hipertensi dan berpotensi menjadi intervensi keperawatan nonfarmakologis berbasis digital yang dapat diimplementasikan pada pelayanan kesehatan primer maupun komunitas.
