Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Bantuan Sosial PKH di Tingkat Lokal (Studi Kasus Kecamatan Siulak Mukai Kab Kerinci)

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Family Hope Program policy at the local level. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving relevant stakeholders as well as beneficiary and non-beneficiary communities. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the program has generally been carried out in accordance with existing regulations, although several aspects have not yet been fully optimal, particularly in terms of targeting accuracy, data verification processes, and supervision. These conditions are influenced by implementer capacity, inter-institutional coordination, and local social dynamics.
