Strategi Pengembangan BUMK Melalui Pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development di Desa Sri Kencono, Lampung Tengah

Badan Usaha Milik Kampung (BUMK) sering kali mengalami ketidaksesuaian operasional (mismatch) yang menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi perdesaan meskipun didukung oleh sumber daya lokal yang melimpah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja BUMK Kencana Maju Makmur di Kampung Sri Kencono, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, memetakan aset dan kebutuhan masyarakat, serta merumuskan strategi reorientasi usaha yang berkelanjutan. Menggunakan desain studi kasus kualitatif berlandaskan kerangka Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), data dikumpulkan melalui diskusi kelompok terfokus, wawancara mendalam, analisis dokumen, serta pemetaan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kampung Sri Kencono memiliki modal sosial yang kuat dan aset agraris yang melimpah, khususnya komoditas ubi kayu, padi, dan peternakan. Kendati demikian, BUMK mengalami mismatch operasional dengan mengalokasikan modal usaha pada sektor jasa percetakan minim risiko daripada sektor pertanian berpotensi tinggi akibat keterbatasan kapasitas manajerial pengelola. Dampaknya, masyarakat masih rentan terhadap jeratan lembaga keuangan non-formal dan keterbatasan teknologi pascapanen. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi reorientasi berbasis pemetaan potensi desa, meliputi modernisasi alat pengolahan pangan, penyediaan sewa alat mesin pertanian, serta penerapan ekonomi sirkular melalui pengolahan limbah onggok menjadi pakan ternak terfermentasi. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendampingan manajerial terstruktur dari pemerintah daerah serta penyelarasan alokasi modal BUMK dengan rantai nilai agribisnis lokal guna mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi desa.
