Pengaruh Akad Ijarah dan Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Mahrus Wedding Sampang

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana akad ijarah dan kualitas pelayanan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada Mahrus Wedding Sampang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 23 responden, kemudian diolah dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), serta koefisien determinasi (R²) dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) akad ijarah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, (2) pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan (3) secara bersama-sama, akad ijarah dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,571, yang mengindikasikan bahwa 57,1% variasi kepuasan konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 42,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar cakupan penelitian ini.Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan mutu pelayanan merupakan aspek yang sangat menentukan dalam menjaga sekaligus meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, khususnya dalam penyelenggaraan layanan berbasis akad syariah.
