Abstract

Improving students' adaptability has become an important factor in responding to the increasingly dynamic academic environment. Adaptive performance refers to an individual's ability to effectively adjust to changes in situations, task demands, and surrounding conditions. This ability is assumed to be influenced by several factors, including psychological safety and work-life integration. Psychological safety enables students to feel secure in expressing opinions, asking questions, and actively participating in the learning process without fear of negative consequences. Meanwhile, work-life integration refers to students' ability to manage and integrate various life roles, both academic and non-academic, in a harmonious manner. This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological safety and work-life integration on the adaptive performance of Management Study Program students at Pamulang University. The research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study consists of Management Study Program students at Pamulang University. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the criteria of active students currently enrolled in academic activities. Data will be collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The collected data will be analyzed using instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings of this study are expected to provide an overview of the influence of psychological safety and work-life integration on students' adaptive performance. Furthermore, the study is expected to contribute valuable insights for educational institutions in creating an academic environment that supports the development of students' adaptability and to serve as a reference for future research on factors affecting adaptive performance.
