Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya inovasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) untuk meningkatkan perilaku belajar mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Meskipun pembelajaran berpusat pada mahasiswa semakin ditekankan, praktik pembelajaran PAI masih sering didominasi oleh pendekatan konvensional yang membatasi keterlibatan dan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang diterapkan oleh dosen PAI, dengan dukungan instructional design yang efektif, berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan perilaku belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa PAI. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi
